I received a gorgeous ring, however first day I tried it on, a diamond fell out. Upon returning for refund they do not pay for shipping to USA from Canada. I must pay. Not worth the money, buyer beware, they sell cheap garbage!

I purchased several red labradorite stones that turned out to be heated several years ago and when i sent them back for a refund they never gave me a refund or my money back. They owe me thousands in refunds and they have my stones. They are crooks!
Stay away!

This company is on the trustworthy list! I've been shopping with them oh, maybe 20 years now? I'm old and forget stuff anymore! Hahaha!
Anyways, during all these years I've only had to send an item back twice. Once because I didn't like it, and once because it had been damaged. Best quality and best prices for jewelry. Fast delivery and well packaged.

I ordered a ring that was told $49.99 plus 6.99, shipping. Not even a few hours less it was marked 39.99 minus $17.02 which was charged to my bank account. When I called the Customer Service Line I was told
Price had dropped by $10. 00 not even a short time after I ordered. I requested they cancel my order and refund, my $17.01. Agent was not very friendly. Dont waste your time dealing with them...

Why does JTV Not listen to it's viewers about Paula Deen. I guess you don't care how many loyal customers that you have let down.It seems lately all you care about new customers anyway. Sad very sad away

I am sending my 2 rings back. Prices to good to be true. Steer clear if you want to get ripped off. Just read the reviews. I work to hard for my money to pad the pockets of this JTV.

Have spent much $ over the years; mostly disappointed by low quality of gems (many are cracked) or the "gold" color on top of brass or silver very often starts to disappear almost immediately. 14k gold prices comparative with other sites, so no bargain there. Only positive were Tahitian pearl items that seemed to be less expensive than at other sights, but you have to know your prices. If you actually manage to speak to CSR, person promises to give a credit, but i've never actually gotten a promised credit. Hard to connect with anyone who has interest in helping customer, so i've stopped ordering.

Love jtv jewelry, especially from Italy. Had to return a couple of pieces, but in overall, I am pleased with all my jewelry received. Thank you jtv for your professionalism & services provided.

I have been buying from JTV for about Three to Four years, I NEVER had an issue, and never sent anything back. Just received a 36 inch long stand of pearls, they are gorgeous! Can't say enough on how beautiful they are. A few months ago I ordered and 18 inch strand, they were gorgeous also. I also love JTV's black spinel, it's so sparkly, and rich looking. I am glad I found JTV, love watching all the host, most are very knowledgeable, on all the jewelry.

I've been purchasing from JTV for about three years and have had a wonderful experience. I really don't understand all the negative reviews. I love the diversity of jewelry they carry, and have purchased from a lot of their collections. I have had to return items occasionally, but this has always been promptly dealt with or replaced. Customer service has been exemplary so I don't know why there seem to be so many posts that folks were ignored or treated unfairly. I purchase from the other shopping networks as well, and I can say the very same thing. I've never experienced any bad treatment, I can return what I don't like for any reason without a problem. JTV does a good job and I've been very pleased with my jewelry purchases.

Poorest quality. Finish doesn't last over three months. Jipped on free shipping. Don't have a rating low enough, unless it's a -10. I will put out the word what crooks y'all are, and you can bet on it!
